Role Summary
The Senior Wealth Coach owns the full sales cycle from qualified first meeting to enrollment and expansion.
This role is responsible for:
- Converting qualified prospects into paying clients
- Increasing client value through VIP upsells and renewals
- Contributing to and growing a referral-driven pipeline
This is a production role first. Coaching and mentorship are earned through consistent performance.
How Pipeline Works
This is not a “figure it out on your own” role and it’s not fully inbound either.
You will work with:
- A baseline of company-supported opportunities
- A system to generate client and affiliate referrals
- Proven frameworks to build centers of influence (CPAs, real estate agents, business owners)
You will not be guessing—you will be executing a proven system.
What You’ll Do
Consultative Sales Execution
- Run 1:1 strategy sessions via Zoom
- Use SPIN-style discovery to understand client needs
- Present customized cash flow strategies
- Handle objections clearly and confidently
- Close clients into core programs and VIP tiers (when aligned)
Pipeline & Relationship Growth
- Generate referrals from clients and partners
- Build long-term relationships based on trust
- Maintain consistent follow-up across all opportunities
Client Expansion
- Identify and convert right-fit clients into VIP
- Drive renewals through continued alignment and results
Systems Discipline
- Track pipeline and activity in CRM
- Maintain clear next steps and consistent follow-through
What Success Looks Like
- 35+ qualified strategy sessions per month
- Strong close rate with consistent VIP upsells
- Increasing percentage of business from referrals and partnerships
- Growing residual income and repeat business
Most deals close in 2 conversations.
Compensation
- Uncapped commission
- Residual income on renewals
- Performance-based bonuses
Top performers build multiple six-figure incomes through closing and recurring revenue.

Qualifications
Required
- Proven history of six-figure+ earnings in consultative sales
- 3+ years closing high-ticket services or programs ($5K+)
- Experience running full-cycle sales independently
- Strong consultative, question-based selling ability
- 100% trainability
